Ok so i work out about five times a week and have built up my stamina over time. Im going away on holiday for two weeks, I am concerned that whilst i am away i will loose strength and tone that ive worked hard to get and maintain. Is there anything i can do whilst im away to help? I live in the UK and am going to Turkey so its going to be alot hotter and i imagine more difficult to train outside...
