I'm DONE with dieting
I first starting at 5'7 190 lbs. Now I'm 5''7 157. My BMI is 24.7 and I'm going to start living on a healthy lifestyle. I play volley ball on my high school freshman team 5 times a week(On the weekends I do some cardio everyday.) .A lot of girls on my team are really fit and are toned. I just want to be comfortable with my body. I want to drop about 20 pounds. My metabolism is okay i guess??I use to be really fit and skinny in elementary school, but gain weight in middle school. I'm currently in 9Th grade.
Anyone have any healthy habits/tips on leading a healthy lifestyle?? I'm open to anything from Food-Exercise Habits!! Thx in advance.
