I have an invention for snoring, now what!?

I am only 20 so I dont really have any money and figured out my invention by fluke!!! Since It is a health related invention should I seek the help of a medical doctor to get it known? I have tested it on people and it works. It is electronic though and I coppied it from another idea... How do I make my invention work? Should I make my own prototype? What are the steps to make my invention successful?
