Suggest me a best way to massage my navel.?

I am not an expert in this.I think oil massage is best.You can get massaged by others instead of you doing it yourself.Lie down on firm flat surface.If you have a deep navel,pour the oil directly into the navel until it is fully filled.Now put one finger inside and rotate in circles slowly.The excess oil can be massaged all around the belly smoothly.
